Do I need a business number to buy from you?

Do you provide samples?
We do not have a department assigned to this. Hence, it is to the discretion of the sales reps to provide you with a feeler.
Is it possible to have a better price than the one listed?
It is possible that a price agreement be reached if the the current purchase or the yearly sum on a specific product is substantial. On the other hand, it is important to note that all our products are already established at discounted and often non-adjustable prices.
What is the minimum yardage that i need to buy?
On our website, the minimum amount that you can buy is 10 meters per fabric. Note that it is impossible to order multiple smaller cuts of different fabrics to reach that minimum. In our store, the minimum required is 0.5 meters (50cm).
How do I know if a product is a regular item?
Our classification of items now indicates with a 0 after the dash if a item is regular. Example 6402-03 indicates that this item can be re-ordered while 6402-3 is a unique item.
Which method of payment do you accept?
Our online portal accepts all credit cards as well as visa/debit cards. We do not accept PayPal or direct transfer. In store you can pay by Visa, Mastercard or cash. Checks will be accepted only by accounts that have pre-established payment terms with us.
What is your return policy?
We accept the return of 10m+ pieces in their original state (unwashed or cut) within 30 days of purchasing.
What are your delays to replenish items out of stock?
The origin of our fabrics varies a lot and therefore the deadlines as well. The average is 2-4 weeks. If you are waiting for a shipment, it is recommended to write an order placed in B/O with our staff. We will communicate with you upon its completion.
What is your shipping transit time?
We try our best to ship within 2 to 3 days upon receipt of order.
Is there parking on site?
There is parking on St-Laurent on both sides of the street and on the north side, directly at the entrance to our parking lot there are 6 spaces reserved for our customers. Arrive at the opening to make sure you have a place!
When are you open?
Monday to Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm, Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm. We are closed June 24th, July 1rst, on Labour Day + the week between The 25th and January 1st. All other holidays are subject to reduced staff.
